Just a Reminder
As the tenant, you are responsible for changing your own light bulbs and replacing your air filters on a quarterly basis. If a repair or maintenance need arises that appears to be the result of negligence or misuse, you may be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement. Help us make your home the best it can be by regular care and cleaning. We believe its not just a rental it's your home!
